The p50b has a higher rated charging rate of 25a compared to the Ampace JP40 at only 8a.
The Ampace JP40 will run longer without over heating at 60a than the p50b.
While Molicel rates this cell at 60a continuous, you can't do that without hitting it's temp threshold before end of discharge, limiting it's max power delivery significantly earlier than the JP40.
Unofficially, both the JP40 and p50b can reach 100a for 30 sec, but the JP40 delivers more wh in that time frame.
