For international shipping, fill out this form

You will be responsible for local duties/customs for addresses outside the US unless otherwise stated.

 

We ship from Southern California or from our Asia warehouse depending on order qty and destination.

Inventory availability: 2000+ cells (for larger orders please contact us first)

Shipping is usually 8 days or less for US addresses.  If your tracking hasn’t updated for 8 days after ship out date, please contact us and well will send a replacement.

(Update: we are temporarily increasing the shipping time by up to 3 days due to recent order volume overtaking our team’s logistics capacity)

We don’t ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

USPS P.O. Boxes

FexEx and UPS may not deliver to all PO boxes, please confirm with your specific post office before ordering to a PO box.  If it’s rejected, it falls under our deliverability clause.

Forwarding Services

If you are sending to a freight forwarder, please be aware you are responsible for all associated risks including damage or loss.  We can provide individually packaged cells suitable for UN 38.8, including its relative documentation and Safety data, however this must be requested ahead of your order to ensure all factors are setup correctly for shipping to your destination.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Guidelines

If you are uncertain about cell compatibility, we recommend thoroughly researching your application and contacting us before completing your purchase.

Deliverability

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply, along with a potential restocking fee of up to 20%.

We take great care that each package is thoroughly checked and securely packaged.

Should your package show signs of damage upon arrival, we strongly advise inspecting it in the presence of the delivery carrier before signing.

You will be responsible to file claims with the shipping carrier.  Only after the claim is approved will we arrange for a refund or replacement item(s) to be sent.

Battery Consumable Nature

Please be aware that all battery purchases are final. Due to their nature as consumable products and the challenge in verifying whether they have been used, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for batteries as we would be unable to resell them as new.

Battery Grading Expectations:

The JP40 grading results posted here can act as a typical example of the cell to cell fluctuations in values like mOhms, weight, and mAh.

Performance Evaluation:

If you are seeing performance below expectations, make sure the measurement tolerance and accuracy of your testing methods, please keep detailed notes and all test data as will surely ask about the details of how you are testing them.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives with any form of damage, please reach out to us immediately with your order number and photographs showing the item's condition. We assess each situation individually and will work diligently to find a satisfactory resolution.

Cosmetic Differences

Visual defects that don’t impact performance are not considered damaged goods.  If the wrap is damaged, contact us and we will replace it or send a replacement wrap depending on the situation.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Batteries

If you receive a battery that has any functional issues, We will verify that the battery came from our warehouse by checking the relevant batch serial numbers. The battery must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging materials included. Once we have confirmed that the battery is indeed DOA, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that our DOA policy is valid for 5 days after delivery; beyond this period, DOA claims cannot be accepted.

Refunds (if approved)

We require up to 2 weeks to verify returns and will notify you by the email you provided after they have been approved for refund.

Manufacturer Ratings

The nature of li-ion cell manufacturing involves an acceptable range of tolerance for each cell parameter. 

This presents a complex situation when goals are to provide cells that conform to acceptable tolerance ranges, but these values are measured under specific conditions, with specific equipment.  Making it nearly impossible to 1:1 replicate someone else’s test conditions due to the sheer number of factors involved.

If you receive cells that are significantly out of the listed tolerance spec, contact us right away and we will work to resolve the issue.
